The kit prices do not include the cost of installation. This is for a few reasons. We sell pool kits nationwide but only offer installation in the great Memphis, TN area. If you are outside of this area the cost of installation would have to be quoted by someone in your local area. (See the below articles on our suggestions for sourcing a builder as well as the rough costs you can expect when installing an inground pool). For the extra items with costs, the short answer is it depends. Some items will have costs next to them to show how much that items is, in regards to your pool kit (even if it's an included item). This is so you can determine if the cost to upgrade is worth it to you or not. Some items will be add on items and therefore will also have a rice shown.
