You hook the shop vac up to a hose and secure behind the liner. Be sure to tape off any areas that air could get in.

How do you prevent the shop vac from sucking the liner into the shop vac hose? It is a matter of seconds before the hose has completely sucked in the liner and there is still alot of air between the liner and the walls.

Using a shop-vac to set the liner will insure that the liner fits properly and that you will have no wrinkles.
