Here are some items you will need to properly winterize your swimming pool. You will need to use a winter plug in each swimming pool return inlet. Above Ground Pools I recommend the use on an air pillow it absorbs freezing water’s pressure and helps protect your pool walls. The Air Pillow also reduces excess rain, snow, and leaves on your winter cover. Common sizes for air pillows are 4 x 4, 4 x 8, and 4 x 15.
Buying pool accessories may be a bit costly or time consuming, but you will surely find it better than spending too much on pool repairs or maintenance.
Yup, winterizing is very important especially during the off season. It is quick, easy and provide lots of benefits!
