5. Call our sales office 901-372-1773 or email us for installation information The pool kit will be delivered to your home from our Memphis or Atlanta warehouse. The freight company will call before bringing the kit out for delivery. The homeowner is responsible for unloading the kit. The kit is shipped shrink wrapped in plastic on one or more pallets. The homeowner must check for damaged or missing items before signing the delivery ticket. The plastic should be in tact upon delivery. You should remove the plastic wrap in order to unload the kit one box at a time. The kit can usually be unloaded in 10-20 minutes. Optional liftgate service is also available. Click here for additional shipping information. The homeowner will schedule the installation directly with the installer. The homeowner will call to order and pay for the sand and the sand delivery. The homeowner is responsible for obtaining any required permits. The installation price includes up to 4" off level with a $20 charge for each additional foot. The area where the pool will be installed will be leveled by the installer. Most yards have an 8"-12" slope for proper drainage. The installer will completely assemble the pool kit and begin to fill the pool with water. The homeowner must supply the water source. The homeowner will pay directly to the installer the amount listed on the chart below unless other written agreements or arrangements are made between the installer and the homeowner prior to the commencement of the pool kit installation. The homeowner must contact and pay a licensed electrician to install a ground fault electrical outlet and to ground the pool frame as per local electrical code. The homeowner should start-up the pump / filter systems as per the start-up instructions and add start-up chemicals to the pool. |
