Full warranty is based on a calendar year beginning at the swimming pool kit purchase. The pro-rated warranty is based per season on any partial use May through September beginning at the swimming pool kit purchase. The swimming pool pump warranty excludes pump seal beyond a 90 day warranty. The warranty does not include shipping after 90 days.
