Payment Policy: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Checks, and Bank Wire payments. We offer a 3% discount for wire transfer payments. There is an up to 14 business day hold on all check payments. Credit
card payment orders must ship to the confirmed address.
Layaway: A 15% deposit will hold your kit at our current sale price. Make payments
over the next 3 months or even get extended time to pay by special request.
Your order will ship once it is paid in full. Restrictions apply on close
out items.

Return Policy: Please call for return ship to address. Items must be in original box
and in original condition. Item must be shipped freight prepaid. Up to
5% order cancellation after order is processed on all orders. Pool kit
actual shipping cost are not refundable after items ship and a up to 15%
restocking fee may apply.
Warranty Claims: All products carry manufacturers warranty and some products include RSP
extended warranty. Royal Swimming Pools can handle your warranty claim
or you can contact the manufacturer directly. Keep all warranty cards and
information supplied with your products. Above ground and inground pool
kits consist of components from several manufacturers. We are committed
to providing the best quality pool products available at affordable prices.
The stated pool kit warranty is on the pool kit frame. We have installed
these swimming pools for over 20 years, so you can be assured of the quality.
We are authorized to offer on all above ground swimming pool kits a Royal
Swimming Pools extended warranty. Click here for pro-rated schedule. Inground Pool kits include a lifetime steel or polymer frame warranty.
Pool Builder Program: Most pool builders will need to drop ship the pool kit to a customer's
residence. When you pay for your order via bank wire transfer you will
receive a 3% discount and you can ship the pool kit to any address. Beginning
with the 4th complete pool kit order your bank wire discount will increase
to 4%. Beginning with the 10th complete pool kit order your bank wire discount
will increase to 5%. If the customer is making the actual payment you can
have the customer include your company name and "builder program"
on the checkout form and they will receive your discount. If the customer
is paying with a credit card and shipping the pool kit to the billing address
they will receive a free gift and you will receive credit for the sale
by putting your company name and "builder program" on the checkout
form or by letting our sales representative know during checkout.
Terms of the sale: Orders that ship to an address that is different
than the credit/check card statement address will require additional processing
time before the order ships. Pool kits, spas and all equipment are sold as
do-it-yourself kits to the homeowner / builder and do not include labor of any
kind. The homeowner is responsible for safe and proper use of all items. Royal
Swimming Pools Inc or their suppliers are not responsible for delays in
construction caused by backorders, incorrect or missing items. The delivery is curbside and must be accessible for an 18 wheel truck.
The actual delivery location is the discretion of the delivery truck driver.
The homeowner is responsible for unloading the pool kit and/or spa. Tommy-lift
liftgate service is optional. You will need to have 2-3 people available
to unload the pool kit. You will need 3-5 people to unload a hot tub spa
unless the hot tub spa unloading service is ordered before the spa ships.
The spa unloading service takes the spa off the truck only and is not available
for spill-over or swim spas. Pool kits and spas are shipped shrink wrapped
in plastic on one or more pallets. The plastic should be in tact upon delivery.
Remove the plastic wrap to check your order with the driver’s delivery
ticket for number of pieces and note any damaged or missing items before
signing the delivery ticket. Damaged items MUST be refused and returned
to the delivery truck for replacement. Items refused because of damage
will be reshipped from the warehouse to the homeowner upon notification
by the homeowner to Royal Swimming Pools. Remove wrapping and open boxes
if necessary to check for damaged items. Damage claim cannot be filed after
the delivery ticket is signed unless all the damaged items are written
on the delivery ticket or as per manufacturer's warranty. Missing or incorrect
items must be reported to Royal Swimming Pools within 1 week of delivery
and will be sent to you via normal ground shipment. Shipping insurance
does not cover damage caused by dropping or improper unloading of inground
wall panels, steps, above ground wall, frame boxes or spas. An average
kit can be unloaded in 15 to 25 minutes. There is a 5% order cancellation
fee after the order is processed. You must have an RMA number for returns
within 60 days of purchase. Returned items must be in the original box
in the original condition. A 15% restocking fee applies for returned items.
Actual shipping charges are non-refundable after the order ships. Special
order items cannot be returned except as per manufacturer warranty. You
MUST check the size and pattern of the pool liner listed on the box before
removing the liner from the box. The liner can not be returned after it
is removed from the box except as per manufacturer's warranty. All Items
have a manufacturer’s warranty and does not include service calls or labor
of any kind except for hot tub spas as indicated on www.royalswimmingpools.com/warranty_spa.htm.
Returning an item or part of an item to the manufacturer’s distribution
warehouse may be required for warranty coverage. |
