The Aqua Trol Electronic Chlorine Generator (also known as a salt chlorinator) is designed specifically for above ground pools up to 18,000 gallons. The Aqua Trol has all the same functions and features of the Aqua Rite but with a lower chlorine output. The Aqua Trol also has an integral time clock for control of the pool filtration pump.

Aqua Rite Electronic Chlorine Generators (also known as salt chlorinators) are the largest selling system in the world. They automatically produce pure chlorine every day while the pool is being filtered and distribute it evenly throughout the pool via the return jets. Aqua Rite generators use a low concentration of salt dissolved in the pool water (below the level of taste) to produce up to 1.45 lbs of chlorine daily, enough for all residential pools up to 40,000 gallons. What if your pool could self adjust, automatically test its own chemistry, and balance and sanitize your water? What if it always knew what the water needed and adjusted continuously, eliminating unhealthy Chlorine and pH highs and lows?

Sense and Dispense consists of two kits. The first kit senses pH and ORP levels and dispenses a self-renewing supply of pure chlorine generated from salt (salt cell required). pH dispense can be achieved using the second kit, which includes a manifold that connects to a CO2 tank. CO2 is highly effective in lowering pH. With salt-chlorinated pools, pH tends to drift up. CO2 reduces pH to recommended levels by forming H2CO3 (carbonic acid), a safe acid that does not require handling. As an alternative to CO2, Sense and Dispense also supports commercially available peristaltic acid pumps. This approach does not require the second kit to manage pH.

Salt Pool Information

The Aqua Plus will control up to 4 items like your pool pump, lights, booster pump, etc. The Aqua plus includes the salt to chlorine generator. The Pod can be added for remote operation. To open and close valves for the Polaris 360 or for a spill-over spa add valve controls. To control more than 4 items you will need the Pro Logic 8 or 16.
