- Hot tub spas are built to order and ready to ship in 1 to 4 weeks from the order
completion date. The manufacture time will vary depending on which spa
color you choose and on the options for your hot tub. Call us to find out
which hot tub spas are in stock and ready to ship.

- Delivery company unload to your driveway is included on select hot tub spas. You must select
the unload service prior to the spa shipping from ALPS Mfg. Additional
$125 delivery charges and delivery time apply for mountain and pacific
time zones (see map bellow) The spa will ship via North American Van Lines Specialized Transportation.
The local delivery office in your area will call to make a delivery appointment
after the hot tub leaves ALPS manufacturing. The spa will be taken off
the truck and put on your driveway only up by your house (maximum distance
100' but not in your back yard). Additional charge applies for delivery
if the residence is not accessible for an 18 wheel truck. You must check
for shipping damage before signing the delivery ticket. We can give you
the number to the local delivery office once the spa leaves ALPS if you
want a quote to move the spa to your backyard.

- Curb-side customer unload shipping is optional for a credit for some hot tub spas going to eastern and central
time zone states. Additional $125 delivery charges and delivery time apply
for mountain and pacific time zones (see map) The spa will be delivered via common carrier on an 18 wheel type truck.
Additional shipping charges may apply for spill-over spas and swim spas.
We will email the tracking number to you once the spa leaves ALPS Manufacturing.
The delivery company will call the homeowner for delivery prior to delivering
the spa. The spa is usually delivered in less than 1 week from the time
it leaves ALPS. It is the truck drivers discretion as to the actual location
of the unload, especially in rural or restricted community areas. The homeowner
is responsible for unloading the spa. Liftgate trailer service is included
at no additional charge where available. You will need 3-5 people to get
the spa to the end of the trailer and onto the liftgate. You must check
for shipping damage before you sign the delivery ticket.

- Shipping insurance is included however, the homeowner must check for shipping damage before
signing the delivery ticket. Any damage should be written on the delivery
ticket. Shipping damage is not included if discovered after signing the
delivery ticket. Fax a copy of the signed ticket to 901-372-9262. Unusable
or non-repairable damaged items must be refused by the homeowner and reloaded
onto the delivery truck for fastest replacement. Items refused because
of damage will be reshipped from the warehouse to the homeowner upon notification
by the homeowner to Royal Swimming Pools. Missing items must be noted on
the delivery ticket before signing and reported to Royal Swimming Pools
within 1 week of delivery. Missing items will be sent to you via normal
ground shipment. Most items cannot be shipped overnight delivery.

- Pickup orders must be paid for by postal money order or bank wire when the order
is placed. Orders paid by personal check require an additional 10 days
to process. Checkcard and creditcard payment orders made by phone on on-line
must ship to the card statement address. Shipping to a different address
is possible if the bill to information can be verified by the issuing bank
(allow additional processing time). Pickup is available at the freight
terminal in most major cities or at ALPS manufacturing in Atlanta GA.

- A 5% order cancellation fee applies after the order is processed. Actual shipping
cost are not refundable after the order ships. A 10% restocking fee applies
to spas returned in the original condition.
