Pool Kit with Automatic Cover

The manual system is designed for small to mid-sized pools and features a low-profile track mounted to two sides of the deck. The cover is retracted with a "hand crank" and extended over the pool by pulling a rope connected to a handle. Heavy duty strong 10 year warranty vinyl cover. Designed to be upgraded or converted to the semi-automatic pool cover system or the automatic pool cover system. Custom sizes available. The track will be 2" wider than the pool on each side and 1' longer on each end. Swimming pools that have brick or stone around the edge of the pool will require a wider track.

- Automatic Pool Covers -

Royal automatic covers can be installed to an existing pool or during pool kit construction. Automatic covers are more difficult to install and may require an experience installer. All of our automatic cover systems meet A.T.S.M. safety standards. The on-deck track with bench system fits almost any shape or size existing pool. A low-profile track is mounted on the deck. The cover retracts into an attractive redwood or vinyl enclosure mounted on the deck which also functions as a bench. The on-deck track with the in-deck cover box system is the most popular choice for professional pool installers and do-it-yourself homeowners as well. The low-profile track is mounted on the deck. The cover disappears into a housing recessed below the deck. The same system in available with the in-deck track that is poured into the concrete deck. Special care must be given to insure that the track stays parallel while pouring the concrete deck. The under the coping track system is available for 6" radius & 2' radius corner rectangle pool kits with no steps or with our in the pool corner step. The under the coping system requires a little more ingenuity to install and the pool walls must remain parallel and squared. Each system includes a step by step manual and our toll-free technical support line. Track system is available in: on the deck mount track, flush with the deck In-deck track or under the coping track. Under the coping track is not available with end or side steps but is available with in the pool steps.

On-deck bench instructions to build a wooden bench or in-deck instructions to build a wooden or concrete in-deck cover box is included. The aluminum cover box lid to cover the in-deck cover box. You can also purchase a prefabricated vinyl bench or in-deck cover box that bolts together.

Can be used with 8' diving board. Install the cover box minimum 10" or up to 24" from pool edge or install bench at the shallow end. Minimum set back needs to be 10" so the cover leading edge bar does not hang over the waters edge when the pool is open. Wheel assembly and leading edge bar rest 10" from front of aluminum lid.

Cover must be installed in accordance with predefined track space and maximum setback guidelines. The guide track must be parallel within one inch. The guide track will be 2" from waters edge on each side of the pool for on-deck track or 6" from waters edge for in-deck track. Custom sizes are available.

Includes heavy duty motor with Key switch entry.

Includes automatic cover pump to keep rain water off the cover..

Steps installed on the side that require track space to increase will add additional charge.

Automatic covers have limited technical support. Professional installation is recommended
