Follow the steps below and we'll help you get a custom-designed cover to match the exact specifications of your pool.  

Step 1 

Download and fill out the measuring form here. Need help measuring your pool? Watch this video or give us a call at 866-532-8194. (We also accept other company's measuring guides! ) 

Step 2 

Once your measurements are complete, email the following to [email protected] 

• Your completed measurement form 
• The cover type you’re interested in 
• Clear photo(s) of your entire pool (this is optional, but could be extremely helpful in catching anything possibly missed on your form.) 

Step 3 

Once we receive your completed measurement form, a Royal Team Member will send you pricing based on your pool’s specs typically within 1 business day*. Review your quote and complete your order! 

Step 4 

Once your order is placed, manufacturing begins! Your new custom safety cover will take 5-7 business days* (depending on demand and cover complexity) to create, pack, and ship. Transit time depends on your distance from the manufacturing location.
