Yes, all of the automatic pool covers meet the ASTM F1346-91 guidelines.

I am not sure what you mean by "size of deck mount" but you will need the following clearances for an on deck automatic cover.
The track width must be a minimum 2" wider than the pool on each side. The track length must be a minimum 1-1/2' longer than the pool on each end. If you have brick or stone coping, the track width must be made wider. If your bench will be more than 1' from the pool edge the track length must be longer. Track width x track length equals cover SF.
When you are on the website to get a quote for this product you will just answer the questions on the right of the screen. If they are answered properly the cover will fit.
